SHIPPING POLICY

We ship live seedlings on Mondays & Tuesdays for North Island, and up to  Wednesday for South Island to allow them to arrive before the weekend and avoid being held in depots. We want your seedlings to arrive happy and healthy.

Orders received after 6pm Tuesday may wait until the following ship week – if this is the case we will let you know.

Rural shipping will incur additional fees and if correct shipping is not selected at checkout we will send you an invoice to correct the shipping charge.

We stand by the quality of our seedlings, and in the rare event they arrive in poor condition we ask that you let us know straight away, and send photos so that we can follow up, and we will arrange to replace seedlings or refund/credit if stock levels do not allow.
